Therapeutic
Therapeutic programs employ hypnosis as a modality to address persistent health concerns including anxiety, sleep, depression, pain management, phobias, as well as host of other challenges that root in the body and mind. Therapeutic programs are also built for clients seeking success in sports and performance.
Habit-Form
Habit-Form programs look to build up new or forever break long standing habitual patterns in clients. Hypnotic reinforcement provides an incredible catalyst to support a deep held inner desire for change. Clients seeking coaching for quitting smoking, specific or generalized task confidence, nutrition and health habits will benefit greatly from this programs approach.
Each Program Is Built Around You
Length of our Work
Your program for change will be built around the exact change you want to make, measured by how you define success in achieving that change. Hypnosis is a short-term therapeutic model designed to rapidly move you through what challenges you. Programs are typically three to eight sessions for addressing most individual challenges. Hypnotic coaching clients will meet weekly or bi-weekly.
Bespoke
Programs serve as a guide to aid clients in choosing a generalized direction to take their coaching and hypnosis. After intake, a personalized program is built for each client to accomplish their goals based on personal strengths, comfort, previous experience and timeline. Often, elements are pulled from each program to create a comprehensive and holistic path for change. Every client is different, and each program is built specifically to address the exact change that you want to make in your life.
Your First Session
We will begin our work together with a two hour intake and hypnosis session. Intake sessions let us map out exactly how your program will create the change you want in your life, addressing history and subconscious patterns that make you feel stuck in old, unhelpful cycles. Your intake appointment will also include our first hypnosis session together. After your intake session, your bespoke program is built to achieve the change you want. Many clients already feel a shift after our first intake appointment together.
