Relaxation
Relaxation programs combine skill based learning and deep hypnotic relaxation session. Clients will learn powerful auto-hypnotic techniques that they can continue to use in addition to or long after their program. Clients seeking meditation coaching, phobia relief, generalized stress relief, etc. will draw deeply from this program.
Therapeutic
Therapeutic programs employ hypnosis as a modality to address persistent health concerns including anxiety, sleep, depression, pain management, phobias, as well as host of other challanges that root in the body and mind. Therapeutic programs are also built for clients seeking success in sports and performance.
Habit-Form
Habit-Form programs look to build or break long standing habitual patterns in clients. Hypnotic reinforcement provides an incredible catalyst to support a deep held desire for change. Clients seeking coaching for smoking cessation, specific or generalized task confidence, nutrition and health habits, etc. will draw deeply from this program
Sessions
No Scripts
Programs serve as a guide to aid clients in choosing a generalized direction to take their coaching or consultation. After first session, a personalized program is built for each client to accomplish their goals based on personal strengths, comfort, previous experience and timeline. Often, elements are pulled from each program to create a comprehensive and wholistic path for change.
Length of Session
Sessions are typically 90 minutes, but can vary based on the nature of each coaching or consulting program.
Length of Coaching/Consulting
After your free consultation appointment, we will make a plan to best address the change you want to make. We strongly encourage clients to meet in session at least three times. This recommendation is based on our experience in the field. Hypnosis practice is incredibly effective in single session - but the reinforcement and skill building done in subsequent sessions are important for long term success. Our goal is for each client to leave a consulting/coaching relationship with the skillset to practice and improve their lives long after our work together. To reach that level, we strongly encourage clients to meet in session at least three times.
